Take a look for instance what you can do with voice synch...this guy created a short animation or the famous Mickey and Minnie dubbed with the voice of Bree(Marcia Cross),Andrew(Shawn Pyfrom) and Danielle(Joy Lauren) characters from Desperate Housewifes...Amazing isn't it?
