Scottish Ballet Autumn 06 Season

Today i received the SB program for Autumn season and was happy to see it featuring one of Page's pieces that i've always wanted to see: 32 Cryptograms.

32 Cryptograms has gone on to become a signature piece for Scottish Ballet. It was produced as part of Ashley Page's longer piece Two-Part Invention for younger dancers at The Royal Ballet. When Page became the artistic director of SB this piece was re-developed. It celebrates the powerful talent of the Company's dancers with a stylish show of vigour and elegance. it does show the company off incredibly well.

Amongst other pieces include Agon by George Balanchine, Two Pieces for HET by Hans van Manen, The Pump Room by Ashley Page and Artifact Suite by William Forsythe.
